DOLLARS FOR SCHOLARS RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. To enter the Eureka One-on-One Review Dollars for Scholars Program, download an application from www.EurekaReview.com. If you would like an application mailed to you, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Eureka One-on-One Review LLC, Dollars for Scholars Program 10951 Pico Blvd. Suite 407, Los Angeles, CA 90064. By entering this Scholarship, all entrants are agreeing to be automatically placed on the mailing list for Eureka One-on-One Review. Entrants must be legal residents of California and 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry. One entry per person. Multiple applications will be disregarded.

3. Scholarship subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. Winner may be notified by mail and/or by email. Winner (and Winner's parent or legal guardian) must comply with the instructions contained in the scholarship notification letter, and maybe required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), within fourteen days of the date on the scholarship notification letter or scholarship will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. Return of any scholarship notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

5. Applications that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, will not be eligible and Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems related to online applications. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Scholarship.

6. Acceptance of scholarship constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited. By entering and/or by accepting a scholarship, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release Sponsor from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Scholarship with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any scholarship. By entering and/or by accepting the scholarship, you agree to have your name listed as the winner on www.EurekaReview.com.

7. All applications become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

8. This Scholarship is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Los Angeles County in the State of California.

9. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by email or mail.

10. For the name of scholarship winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Eureka One-on-One Review, LLC, Scholarship Winners, 10951 Pico Blvd. Suite 407, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
