Prior to beginning a program with EUREKA, families provide us with the needed background information to ensure each student discovers his or her full testing potential. Our team will learn about previous test scores, academic strengths and weaknesses, and even learn about a student's favorite teacher and what made that instructor stand out for the student. Once scores on previous tests, or our diagnostics, have been analyzed and personality traits have been considered, EUREKA partners a student with the tutor(s) that will have the greatest impact on that student's scores, commitment level, and academic growth.

High test scores, among the best in the country, get our tutors in the door at EUREKA REVIEW, but don't guarantee they'll get any farther. At every prospective tutor's first interview, he or she is given a surprise test and challenged to teach us how to tackle the questions. Applicants that impress us during their first interview only earn the privilege of coming to two more, each featuring a more challenging set of questions and demanding greater tutoring skills than the one before. That's because we want confident, adaptive, dynamic tutors that aren't impressed with their own scores, only those of their students.

Each of our tutors is an expert on standardized testing because every EUREKA tutor completes over 25 hours of training before meeting with his or her first student. During the training, our tutors master EUREKA's own curriculum and hone their already infectious and effective communication styles. Also, with three interviews and a training program spread across several weeks, we weed out all but the most committed applicants.

Having graduated from over 50 different universities spread throughout the world, our tutors also bring impressive and varied experiences and degrees with them to each lesson. EUREKA guarantees score increases of 100, 150, and 200 points respectively on its SAT Value, Standard, and Premier programs. The conditions follow:

If payment has been made in full, and Student completes all of his/her practice tests and all of his/her homework (including without limitation all practice test questions in the course materials to be completed), as assigned by his/her tutor and the course materials, prior to the beginning of the next lesson, and the Student's Final SAT Score (as defined below) is not at least 100, 150, or 200 points higher (depending on the student's program) than Student's Initial SAT Score (as defined below), he/she will be given a comprehensive review in math and verbal, as well as another diagnostic test to prepare for the next SAT (the "Second SAT").

The "Second SAT" shall mean the next occurring SAT after the EUREKA SAT for which the student may register. If the Student's score on the Second SAT is not at least 100, 150, or 200 points higher (depending on the student's program) than Student's Initial SAT Score, the entire amount of the EUREKA Program Cost will be refunded to the Customer. At the beginning of each lesson, Student and tutor will review Student's homework to determine whether Student has completed all homework previously assigned to him/her.

For purposes of this guarantee, "Student's Initial SAT Score" shall mean the Student's score on (1) the most recent actual SAT score achieved by Student prior to taking the first diagnostic test, if applicable, or (2) Student's score on EUREKA first diagnostic test if no prior SAT score exists. For purposes of this guarantee, "Student's Final SAT Score" shall mean the actual SAT taken after completion of the EUREKA Program. Official score reports must be submitted for both.
